Who we are

Orayfit Fitness Service (RC 3474924), Capitalinn Fitness, Ring Road, Ibadan, is the data controller for information you give us through this website and at the gym.

What we collect and why

• Identity and contact details (name, date of birth, gender, phone, email, address) to create and manage your membership.
• Health information you choose to share, used only by your coach to train you safely. This is sensitive data and we process it with your explicit consent.
• An emergency contact, used only if something happens to you at the gym.
• Your signed agreement to our rules, terms and waiver, kept as a record of consent.

How we protect it

Data is sent over encrypted connections, stored with restricted access, and health notes are visible only to your coach. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a member, then up to two years after your membership ends, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct, move or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Contact us on 0814 607 7771 and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
